red sweater with hood and pockets=smile

 a venezia thin red sweater for $4--oh, yeah!  with pockets and a hood, even better!  afraid it is my new favorite!  rockport leather shoes in the same shade are just so worth it when you are on your feet all day!  gray lane bryant pants and some floral accents top it all off!  the silver rose pin in the middle is from Grandma--yeah for vintage jewelry!  love my chicos earrings--match so many things!  

the thing i am most grateful for today is that we have paid off a credit card that has been "haunting" us for years!  i am proud of us (my spouse and I)  to have committed to change our consumer behavior over time.  we did not declare bankruptcy, we are establishing a positive credit history and learning to make do with the stuff we have.

have you experienced something like this before?  if feels fabulous freeing!

britney spears t-shirt!

oh yes ladies that is a brittney spears t-shirt i am wearing with my favorite black skirt.  i went on vacation to Minnesota to visit on of my sisters and we saw brittney perform in St. Paul.  it was a GREAT show! Nicki Minaj opened and she also put on a great show!  passionate dancing is something my sister is good at and i appreciate.  there were some nice curvy back-up dancers-- all muscular and energetic.  the sets were great, the energy was high and it was some great fun!

outfit 42--yee-freakin'-haw! camera is back!

so excited about getting my camera in the mail today 

my first picture was the most unexciting one possible!  

one of my legs and shoes in my passenger seat of my husband's car on the way to date night!  

we saw the movie "source code".  highly recommend it!  

and then we went to chili's for dinner where mr. man took the other pictures 

while we waited 40 minutes to be called in!  

because it was outdoor lighting i tried the different ISO setting to see if they made a difference.

ISO 50--mr. man did not notice the collar issue, but the outfit is

ISO 200--in the mean time, i have gone to be a red-head!  i love it! 

it is probably going to be a transition between the platinum blond to dark, 

because red is difficult and expensive to keep up 

while swimming everyday in the summer!

ISO 400--pretty much i don't notice a difference in the ISO settings, do you?

so the black dressy thing is a bit too short for my comfort--you say how can that be?  

you are the shortest person i know?  

ahhh, well my answer to you is that you may not teach jr. high 

and sit or stand very un-lady like the whole day:)

i was in a totally bad mood about the heat/air conditioning in my bldg...

so i broke the rules and wore my cute, cute sandals!
